The hkk Service-App is a secure and convenient way to access all your insurance-related information and services in one place. This application is designed to work with the online customer portal "Meine hkk" and the online service apps "Ankunft hkk" and "Umsättigung hkk", which can be found in the app menu under the name hkk. The Service-App allows you to submit a variety of insurance-related documents such as insurance claims, medical reports, or policy details. You can also change or cancel your insurance policies and register for new ones.
